EasyHire.me electronically receives Applicant application data and records Applicant interviews. Applicants data and interviews, as well as the other positions that they have applied for with a potential employer may be made available to potential employers and upon submission, becomes the property of the employer. EasyHire.me provides an option to the Employer (‘company’) to specify the duration for which the data is stored. By default, the Applicant’s data is stored from 14 to 180 days depending on the conditions of subscription.
Processing of Data by Employer (‘company’)
EasyHire.me provides infrastructure to the Employer (‘company’) to collect, store and access the Applicants personal and interview data. The interview data submitted by the applicant to the employer becomes the property of the employer. The Employer determine the policies regarding the duration of time the data is stored and processed. The Employer should use the personal and interview data of the Applicants only for recruitment purposes. EasyHire.me does not access or process the personal data collected by the employers. However, EasyHire.me, at its sole discretion, retain copies of the interview data for statistical, research, and support purposes.
In no event shall EasyHire.me or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for failure to obtain employment, loss of potential wages, data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EasyHire.me's Internet site, even if EasyHire.me or a EasyHire.me authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
